This Privacy Policy applies to the Dlepo mobile application (“the App”), a lightweight creative tool designed for users to overlay custom lyric text on local photos and generate personalized KTV-style lyric images. This policy governs all data processing activities that occur when you access and use the App’s core creative functions. The App is intended only for users aged 18 and older. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from downloading, accessing, or using any features of this platform. Your continued use of the App constitutes your voluntary acceptance of all terms contained in this Privacy Policy.

1. General Data Processing Principles

Dlepo strictly follows the principles of legality, necessity, minimal processing, and user privacy protection. We do not collect, store, or share any user data beyond what is essential to deliver the App’s core lyric-image creation service. Our service is locally oriented by design, and most content processing happens directly on your mobile device to reduce unnecessary data transmission and privacy risks.

2. Types of Data Processed

To complete your personalized lyric image production, the App may process the following content actively provided by you, with no passive background collection of sensitive personal data:

You may select local photos from your device gallery and manually input custom lyric text or other text content you wish to overlay on images. The App only accesses and processes the images you explicitly select and the text you actively enter. We do not scan your entire album, collect browsing records, or obtain any private device information irrelevant to the creative function.

3. How We Use Your Content

All images and text content processed by the App are used solely for the real-time rendering, preview, and local export of your custom lyric images. We use such data only to fulfill your on-demand creative requests, including text layout adjustment, image synthesis, and final picture output. No user-submitted photos or lyric text will be used for algorithm analysis, user profiling, commercial advertising, or third-party marketing without your explicit written consent.

4. Data Storage & Local Processing

Dlepo prioritizes local data processing. All image editing and text rendering operations are completed on your local device. The content you upload and input will not be automatically synced or uploaded to any remote server. Temporary cache files generated during image creation only exist on your device’s local storage and can be cleared along with system cache or by uninstalling the App. We do not retain your original photos, edited images, or custom lyric content on any cloud server after you finish your creation.

5. No Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, lease, or transfer your creative content or user data to any third-party companies, organizations, or individuals. Data sharing will only occur if legally required by mandatory national laws, judicial rulings, or official administrative orders, or if you independently authorize specific data disclosure for your own use purposes.

6. Age Eligibility Restriction

Dlepo is an adult-only creative application and is exclusively available for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect any information from users under 18 years of age. If we confirm that content or data from underage users has been uploaded due to improper operation, we will immediately terminate the corresponding device access and clear all related temporary data. If you are a guardian and discover underage use of our App, please contact us via the official email for data disposal requests.

7. User Privacy Rights

You retain full ownership and control of all your photos and text content used in the App. You have the right to stop using the service at any time, delete local cached files, and permanently remove all relevant creative data by uninstalling the App. If you have inquiries regarding our data processing rules, you may submit a consultation through our official contact email.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to adapt to service optimization, functional iteration, and legal requirement adjustments.
